Westcord City Centre Hotel - Amsterdam

Unique design of interiors in guest room.

The hotel provided a savoury and rich breakfast with boiled eggs, pastries, including eggs. Extremely friendly and excellent staff were happy to help with special requests. Favourable location, a train station was minutes from the venue.

It's 5 mins walk to the centre.

Everything was very good, had a real good stay for one night. I liked the guest room which was air conditioned. Its location relatively near Madame Tussauds Amsterdam Wax Museum was marvellous. The hotel was a great base for enjoying a lively area.

Absolutely perfect location, a short walk to everywhere. Easy access to Schiphol airport, within 12 miles.

I found the staff very helpful and it was the perfect location for exploring Amsterdam.

I didnt like the glass doors into the bathroom. Too much visiblity.

I loved the location, couldn't have been better The room was very modern, clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was too expensive so we went to a couple of dfferent café's along the street where the food was gorgeos and half the price.

Ripp-off,noisy, bed-bugs and rude staff,tricksters

Your card is charged at the time of booking. From then on you are their mercy. Staff including managers don't have time to listen to your concerns and are quick to tell you go elsewhere as your booking is prepaid. The rate is way too high for the facilities offered. Bed-bugs was a serious problem. There is a shaft that runs through all floors where housekeepers drop all items to the basement. When I complained about the noise because it gave me migraine. I was told to go elsewhere because nothing could be done about it. Knowing very well I loose my money if I leave. Next morning tried to speak to the manager and she just walk out on me. Cust beware you are precharge not because of discount as claim by the hotel but you lose your rights.

The tram stop right outside made exploring Amsterdam hassle-free, and I enjoyed complimentary coffee and pastries in the lobby during my stay.
